CMR’s focus is Agadir-Melloul, its flagship copper and silver JV. The dual strategy is to fast-track a 500 to 1,000tpd mine, while drilling out a larger Strategic Resource.

Morocco

CMR is focused on mining friendly jurisdictions with proven copper and critical mineral mining opportunities. Morocco aligns perfectly with this strategy. It is blessed with rocks containing a wide range of metals and minerals, and leadership that strongly supports foreign owned mining companies.

Atlantic Research Minerals

CMR’s Moroccan business was initiated via the acquisition of Atlantic Research Minerals SARL (ARM), a company based in Agadir. ARM’s locally based team brings a deep and well-informed understanding of Moroccan geology, mining operations and regional dynamics. The team provides CMR with access to significant and valuable investment opportunities.

Agadir Melloul Copper Project

CMR signed the formal earn agreement in May 2025 and is now fully focused on developing this company making project. It has the potential to be a very large scale discovery but also to be fast tracked to production.

Other Projects

CMR is actively building a second copper project, primarily to add very significant equity value, but also to provide some project diversification.
