CMR’s focus is its flagship sedimentary copper and silver joint venture. The parallel strategy is to fast-track development of a 1,000tpd mine, while drilling out a large scale Strategic Resource.

Morocco

CMR is focused on mining friendly jurisdictions with proven copper and critical mineral mining opportunities. Morocco aligns perfectly with this strategy. It is blessed with rocks containing a wide range of metals and minerals, and leadership that strongly supports foreign owned mining companies.

Atlantic Research Minerals

CMR’s Moroccan business was initiated via the acquisition of Atlantic Research Minerals SARL (ARM), a company based in Agadir. ARM’s locally based team brings a deep and well-informed understanding of Moroccan geology, mining operations and regional dynamics. The team provides CMR with access to significant and valuable investment opportunities.

Agadir Melloul Copper Project

CMR signed the formal earn agreement in May 2025 and is now fully focused on developing this company making project. It has the potential to be a very large scale discovery but also to be fast tracked to production.

Other Projects

July 17th 2024, CMR announced an exclusive option to acquire 90% of a basalt hosted silver-copper project in the Anti-Atlas of Central Morocco. Sampling from across the basalt formation demonstrates very high silver grades in places, with one sample grading 912g/t Ag and 2.97% Cu.
