Standard and Premium Merger

Following the Primary Markets Effectiveness Review, the FCA created a single listing category for companies in July 2024. The Standard and Premium categories were replaced with a single Main Market UK listing category for equity shares in commercial companies (ESCC). Standard listed companies such as CMR have been moved to the Transition Category which is essentially the same as the old Standard Listing category, albeit a closed category unavailable to new applicants.
